Not very durable. in Tow hook and strap
Looks good but when I tried to install it the hook broke off the rod that fits in the hole for the tow hook. The seller sent a replacement. However, I can't use my spare because the bar is stuck in my car's tow hook hole and I can't get it out! How do I return a part that is stuck in my car and cannot be removed? I may be able to send the red part back, but the real rod is stuck in my car!
