I would recommend this tool if you want detailed information about your customer base but don't wanna spend too much money on expensive tools like Google Analytics (which gives limited data). Our team has been able to focus more effectively since implementing hotJar into our product development process. The most important thing that comes out when using hot Jar is increased user engagement because now all aspects of our clients’ experience matter instead of only focusing on technical issues.
