Good software for customer experience
I like how easy it is to use. The layout is very user friendly. It's not too confusing for the average person to use. I think there should be more features available. There are some things that I don't like about the software but I have only used it for a short time so far. If you're looking for a good tool to help your business grow then this would be a great choice. I am using this software to help my business grow by giving our customers a better experience. I'm able to communicate with them in different ways.

- Easy access from phone, tablet or computer device via web browser (or app)
- Very intuitive systemGreatly supports email automation through workflow processes
Cons
- Not much variety
- Sometimes has technical difficulties
