I'm having trouble with a large container. Until recently I bought small ones. 30g per tablespoon should be easy. i love the product I was with a nutritionist for about a year and she kept telling me the problem with my diet is that I need more protein (and stop burning my calories, LOL). It was the most brilliant decision. However, I had problems with this can from the start. It's harder to stir and I get lumps on the fork and in the glass. After a month of opening this jar, it smells like sour milk. I usually make two drinks a day, so it's not that I don't use it or don't know how to mix it. I will not buy this size again.
