The only way to eject a CD is to right-click the drive with the computer. The button on the front of the drive does not work after inserting a CD. Your support is bad. After numerous emails back and forth (very cryptic), I finally got a phone number to call. They said I could ship it at my own expense, but after 45 minutes of processing my RMA and ridiculously long shipping instructions, I finally gave up. The shipping isn't worth it, not to mention the cost. I'll just buy a different brand next time!
