This software has been helpful to our organization's development department because it allows us to easily track all of our donors, their donations, communication between ourselves and them as well as our funders. It also helps keep up-to date with our accounting information for various organizations through this system. There are some things I wish could be added but that would require additional costs which we do not have at this time. We highly recommend using this application if you want to manage your database effectively. Our main purpose was to help improve customer service by keeping everything organized and easy to find within one place.
