The monitor itself was fine and as such had no issues with it. But they have different guarantees. After it stopped working after six months I contacted Philips and they refused to honor their own warranty. They said their warranty doesn't cover physical damage to the monitor itself. All I did was unplug and replace it with a new monitor for a few days and when I plugged it back in it didn't work. Philips may have won the battle but lost the war as I will never use a Philips product again. You tried to make me look like a liar and I don't appreciate it. I've had the monitor for six months and have used several of their monitors in my 69 years and the products have been fine. If you purchase this product, be aware of its warranty coverage.
