They look good but the first problem is that the holes for the ground wire aren't fully drilled on some so I hope you get some have to drill it out. Worse, the tab that you solder the ground wire to isn't physically attached to the pins that make the connection. I spent an hour removing my speakers and amp and praying to the sound gods until I checked with a multimeter that there was no continuity between the solder joint and the pins. The only thing holding it back is the friction of the internal plastic insulator, which is cheap plastic and softens when soldered. Save yourself the hassle, buy the best product.
