Easily solderable, does not melt, does not close.

They're really good, easy to solder, doesn't melt like the cheaper ones, have such an internal shape it's almost impossible to make a mistake.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Empty

The design is fine and should work as intended

Overall they match the description. In the photos, the goods can be seen well or at least well. The construction is fine and time will tell if there are any wiring issues. It appears to be "American" quality. I would buy them again.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Security

GREAT VALUE on RCA connectors!

Very good cinch plugs, especially at this price. It relieves stress very well. Suitable for larger diameter heavy gauge or shielded cables. The red and black marker rings are a nice touch. These ports aren't overly large and bulky like some might be. These are great general purpose connectors!

Pros
  • Wide range
Cons
  • So-so

Easier than I expected

After reading some other reviews I was worried about getting these as they said they were difficult to solder but they were the best/cheapest I could find. I'm not a soldering expert, and I have a cheap pointy solder and had no problem soldering them. In fact I was able to solder them and it worked the first time. They look beautiful and appear to be durable. I used them to connect to my subwoofer which was across the room. I've been using it for about a month and no problems so far.

Pros
  • Pleasing
Cons
  • Obsolete

Does the job! for accessories and supplies

I used these to connect some speaker cables to an amplifier with RCA speaker outputs. I haven't encountered any problems. The metal is very easy to solder, much easier than I expected. I used regular 60/40 lead rosin solder at 350 degrees Celsius with my cheap Yihua soldering station and chisel tip. Don't forget to put the connector shell on the cable before you start! (I forgot about this at first and had to desolder a wire.) As other reviewers have pointed out, depending on the thickness of…

Worse Than Useless: Audio & Video Accessories

They look good but the first problem is that the holes for the ground wire aren't fully drilled on some so I hope you get some have to drill it out. Worse, the tab that you solder the ground wire to isn't physically attached to the pins that make the connection. I spent an hour removing my speakers and amp and praying to the sound gods until I checked with a multimeter that there was no continuity between the solder joint and the pins. The only thing holding it back is the friction of the…

Pros
  • RCA Cable
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Not for beginners - RCA cables

These are nice RCA plugs. If you succeeded in the soldering process, you should be happy with it.1. The central pin is a soldered cup. Outside of ETMS, I've never seen anyone with the proper tool for soldering wires to solder cups. Google "Pace TW-15" if interested. Since the cup is not the smallest, but only one, you can get by with a very steady hand and the right soldering iron - a narrow chisel tip on a roughly 60-watt thermostatic iron. A low wattage iron will need to be left on longer…

  • Definitely a bad product
