I like that it is easy to use, has great customer service support when needed as well! It can be difficult at times figuring out how things work or where certain features are located within your site/church's dashboard but they always make suggestions if you have questions about anything in particular (even though their team members don't know everything). The best way we've found so far of keeping track of our weekly Sunday morning services' stats was using this software. We were able to see who came during each week which helped us figure out what days worked better than others without having to rely solely upon memory from previous weeks.
