This PH meter reads PH calibration buffer samples perfectly. The calibration went well, but failed to replicate readings from standard tap water. I used the same cup of tap water to get several readings and they started at 7.5. Then I took another and it showed 8.3 and a third and it showed 7.19. I left the probe in the water and it went up to 8.5. I still had the calibration patterns so I tried them again and they were all about where they should be. If you use this to read your PH you may run into some problems.
