These tools were more than I thought they would be. It's my fault for not reading all the information carefully. I bought them to work with pastel pencils. I paint with pastels in adult coloring books and use them to smudge before fixing with water and a damp brush. I've found that the larger size helps blend large areas in my drawings like the sky or background. I also use one of the shapes to smear even small areas. I have a set of smaller tools but they are also great for larger areas of your drawings or adult coloring books.
