Not as advertised for hand tools

I'm sure it's a great tool but I shouldn't advertise that it's a brand when it isn't. No Gator Grip branding. Regular ratchet and $2 more expensive than the original at Walmart. Also, it doesn't come in the original packaging, just a clear plastic bag inside a cardboard box.
