BUYER WARNING THE LOCK IS DEFECTIVE
The word combination on this lock could not be changed from the one supplied. I would return it if my son wasn't in such dire need of a new lock so we left it both locked and unlocked. In addition to the fact that the code/word can be changed. THE LOCK WILL NOT UNLOCK OR CLOSE IN THE COLD. It took about a month, I couldn't figure out how to get this item back in a working lock. Now I'm stuck with a faulty product that I can't afford to replace. I will update my review if I have any new issues with this item and if Revain decides to replace it for me.
