The best feature is that it's user friendly, so anyone can use without any training required! I wish there were more features available than what we are using now but overall very satisfied with this product & would recommend for others as well! Nothing in particular at present time since everything works great however if you have some issues please contact us directly via our website or call support center they will help immediately!! It was easy integrating into existing system therefore no problems encountered during implementation stage just need patience while learning how things work!!
