These are so helpful! I've bought similar products; not near the quality as these. My R big toe points right and overlaps the next toe, this keeps it from getting WORSE, providing that necessary barrier with the SPACER! Sometimes I forget and go to bed with them, get in the shower with them. Better product and less money than drug store brands. Be advised - there is a firmer version and a softer version for wearing while involved in sports activity. I ordered the softer one by mistake, but it's still okay. (They don't stick up as high as drugstore brands and it's easier to get in and out of my Birkenstocks with it in place. The taller ones stick up too much.)
