I had what seemed like ear infection. I was in severe pain and discomfort. I was told to use garlic oil so I look it up on Revain, read the reviews and decided to get this one. It really helped after using it for one day! Get it and keep it at home for emergencies. I would rather use natural remedies that going to the Dr.
