As my title suggests, this PLA filament came out of the box brittle so I took about 48 inches of filament and trimmed it before use hoping some of the filament would end up would go below the top layer. would be more malleable. I have a Prusa i3 Mk3s printer and have printed everything down to flexible filament and a range of other brands of PLA, colors and transparencies with no issues. This particular Lee Fung 1.75mm transparent PLA coil broke twice and jammed my hotend. It's so unevenly sized that the extruder gears can't grab it and often slip. I had to spend 10 hours fixing the hot end. As if that weren't enough, even printing at 205F doesn't prevent heavy pearlescence and frequent discolouration. The only plus I can think of is that it prints "clearer" than other clear PLAs I've used when I was able to get it to print. I've tried three prints with it so far and none of them were finished (Prusalab hexagons, so there's nothing complicated, and even with glue + increasing the table temperature the parts came loose during printing). I don't recommend this thread because of all the inconsistencies and possible damage to the printer.
