Review on Sea to Summit Ultra-SIL Compression Dry Sack, Lightweight Waterproof Bag by Kirt Phillips

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well made, lightweight, gets the job done

I needed a way to waterproof my hammock (Warbonnet Blackbird) in his Bishop Bag. All requirements were thus fully met. It's well made, functional and will keep the hammock dry during multi-crossing creek descents, a swim and a heavy thunderstorm with hail and epic rain. The hammock in the bag fits perfectly in size XS and compresses into a compact package. I like it. I just bought another XS and also one of the XXS for a planned kayak trip I have. I have no problem with the straps twisting, loosening or anything like that. This is a lightweight/ultra-lightweight device - it requires a little attention to use and needs to be handled with some care. If you need something that doesn't require thought of usage, there are easier (and heavier) options. This is a good product that gets the job done.
