Here it is. These are the lights I've always wanted to see on other bikes so the cars can see me. I'm half-blind - can't even see cars, let alone bikes - when they're in the shade or under the shade of trees, and I can still get my eyesight checked to renew my driver's license. With people like me on the road, I want to make sure everyone knows I ride a bike. These flashlights do just that. Even I can see them a quarter mile in the shadows. I had a cheaper brand for a while. They only had a small LED and weren't rechargeable, so I kept running out of small disc batteries. Torch charges from your computer - it's that simple and I don't worry about power consumption anymore. They are easy to take off and put on again. My kid could. My dog might. If I'm having a really hard time criticizing something - I don't even know if it's a valid criticism, but the front white light is twice as bright as the rear red light so this has half the battery life of the rear light. I don't know why they did it. Maybe so you can use it as a headlight at night? Maybe white light is harder to see during the day so it must be twice as bright? I do not know. You just need to charge white light more often than red light. I haven't specifically measured the battery life, but they seem to last for the times listed in the manual for each mode. If I find something else later, I'll edit this review. I recommend these lights as safety lights. They look so cool and I love driving them.
