Review on Victron BPR000065400 BatteryProtect 12 24V 65A by Jasneet Jazzy

Installed today and working as intended. I am very unhappy with Victron & Revain's marketing and lack of technical support. I ordered this device and received the version without Smart Connection. A confusing description of Revane. I have returned 5 purchases of Victron components for the same reason. I have read several technical materials from Victron. Each appears to have been written by a different engineer who never checked what the other wrote about that particular product. I found inconsistencies and fuzzy language. Victron is a Dutch company and Holland has been a maritime center for more than 3 centuries. They appear to have initially focused their powerful management products on their maritime industry, which employs highly skilled professionals. Therefore, they ignore bad marketing and educational materials. It looks like they are trying to break into the North American market. Their dealer distribution network is sporadic, and Revain is their genetic filler that can never be discussed with a human. Their products are top notch, but I can understand why most American solar manufacturers choose cheap Chinese options. I found others saying something about it, but nobody seems to be listening.
