The ability to search by job title, location or department is great! It also allows for multiple tabs which makes searching very easy. Being able to view results in different formats as well (including pdf) can be helpful when trying to find specific data quickly. Sometimes it takes longer than other services we've used before to get your desired format of report; however this may just depend on what you're looking at specifically so I cannot say that there's anything wrong here. We use gagelist primarily because our previous vendor did not allow us access to certain information via their system - but they were willing to let us keep using theirs if only one thing was done differently within the new service. Our manager now has more time/resources available due to having fewer issues getting things completed since switching over from another platform. Time savings are huge. More efficient process flow & less errors overall. Less paperwork = better work environment! This alone saves a lot of time.
