So, I called Dyson to ask if they had an installment plan, and the young man who answered the phone said that you could go to any authorised store and set up an installment plan. I walked to the store with assurance, but they informed me that they did not have what I was looking for. I was angry that I had been given misleading information, but I still bought the vacuum. I excitedly unloaded the vacuum cleaner when I got home. The battery is completely dead after only three minutes of use. I guess that's okay; I'll charge it now and carry on cleaning. Sadly, this was the last time I used a vacuum. After explaining my situation over the phone to the service center, they assured me that I could return the item or swap it for a new one. I picked up the box and returned it to the shop, where I was informed that I needed to deliver it to the service center for inspection. I objected, saying that since I had just bought the men in the evening and returned it the following morning, there was no need for me to travel around Hong Kong. As a consequence, the manager consented to deliver my vacuum cleaner personally. I'm now waiting for everything to be resolved. The company's reputation has suffered greatly, particularly among non-professional support staff. The level of service in 2022 is appalling.
