Overall better than the 22 lb hooks I've bought. except for a part.
This is a better balance than the one I bought at ยฃ22. However, this requires attaching an eyelet with a screw on the fixed/magnetic side and an eyelet on the other side. I like the threaded hook style magnet base that only comes in two pieces instead of three. You can remove the hook and leave the magnet on the surface without the hook sticking out. This EYELET design does not allow you to remove the eyelet like a hook. But overall nice. It would just be a welcome design; Magnetic base with thread.
