Uneven plate not level
The top plate is very uneven and not flat at all. I just received this 1 week ago. It ruins my shirts because of the uneven pressure, the heating temperature is MUCH higher, 380F is actually a little higher than 400F, I was very excited about it and at $200 it's not cheap for people like me. It came with some chips on the plate, brown paint around the logo and some scuffs as it was previously used. Save money and don't buy. Listen to negative reviews. I would like to have.
