I spent 1 1/2 hours getting this unit to show Region B - Europe - Blu Ray here in the US No instructions on how to make it works everywhere: I surfed all over the internet, went to the LG website, Bombay Video. Nothing. It was boxed and ready for a RETURN when I received an email from the Bombay seller with very simple instructions on how to do it. THE BLOCK - THANKS LG - IS GREAT. Amazing picture and sound. LOVE BOMBAY. Be a little gracious to your customers and PUT EASY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX BEFORE SHIPPING OR EMAIL THEM RIGHT NOW WITH INSTRUCTIONS. I've got better things to do than figure out how to get the damn thing to work when my family is ready to watch a movie together.
