Nice spare part.
No cons. part is ok. I will add some comments. Round terminals at the ends of the cables are made of plastic. The old ones were aluminum. The cable that goes to the outside handle pulls harder than the inside or old one. A little more effort is required to open the door. Alignment adjustment is minor. I'm not sure how much extra pressure this puts on the plastic holder. The time will show. Again, no cons, just observations. It does what it's supposed to do.
