Review on 🔪 Effortlessly Peel with the OXO Good Grips Y-Peeler: An Exceptional Kitchen Tool by Brianne Young

I like the OXO brand [even though I don't have arthritis/etc. have] and buy for myself and others. As you can see, it has a raised "spoke" on one side to protect your fingers (and it works pretty well). Keep in mind that this is NOT a two-sided tool designed for "right handed" (which I am). Very high quality workmanship, and the "blades are VERY SHARP" - they come with a semi uncomfortable plastic blade cover [I imagine ANYONE with "arthritis" will try to remove them let alone reinstall] - this may be for shipping purposes only. However. The blades seem to hold their edge very well [with a shield]. Highly recommended! A few light years better than the ones my mom/grand used to buy.
