UPDATE: I returned the product and they sent me a new one free of charge. I haven't had a chance to use it but they sent me a nice email where I can now fully test it, so I'm changing my 1 star to 4 stars. Customer service deserves 5 stars for continuing to support me despite not initiating it. I give 4 stars because the original device was defective. I will update again as soon as I have the opportunity to use the new bag. 1st REVIEW: I bought it for a river cruise. Charged, pressed power button and nothing. I press the button again and seem stuck. It never turned on even when connected to the network. This happened while I was on a trip and was so happy to use it. I was extremely disappointed that I now don't have a stuff sack and speaker with me on the trip. I repackaged it and sent it back when I got back.
