Great waterproof bag for the lake! Plenty of storage space for your electronics, nice separate phone case compatible with touchscreen. The speaker is quiet and loud enough to take a walk on the lake. The LEDs come in handy on trips to and from the docks and the bluetooth connection is easy making it so much better than my old dry bag! Great deal, don't hesitate to buy this.

I originally gave a very bad review but as they support the product I have to return it as they send me a new product that works and the right one Instructions. I think if they include this pairing guide it will save them a lot of bad reviews. I still think it's very hard to zip up but they said the more I use it the easier it gets so the border is crossed out. 5 stars for customer service! And the concept is really great.

The Bluetooth connected easily and once it started playing music we were very impressed with the clarity of the sound. I like the light that illuminates the inside of the bag. It is very comfortable. The zipper is difficult to open and close, but it is designed that way. The backpack straps are delicate and comfortable to wear and attach to the seat of the canoe so you don't lose your bags if you drop the canoe. Basically I am very satisfied with the bag. I'll update this review early next fall

UPDATE: I was sent a replacement bag after writing this review. Haven't used it yet but am impressed with the customer service. Many Thanks. I will update again if the new bag doesn't work. If I don't update it still works. 🙂ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used once and the button stopped working so the speaker stayed on and beeped until I hid it in my suitcase to protect the solar panel from the sun and let it die. However, everything was dry. That's it.

UPDATE: I returned the product and they sent me a new one free of charge. I haven't had a chance to use it but they sent me a nice email where I can now fully test it, so I'm changing my 1 star to 4 stars. Customer service deserves 5 stars for continuing to support me despite not initiating it. I give 4 stars because the original device was defective. 7/2021 -- Great! This bag combines some items that I used to carry separately when kayaking; Music speaker, external battery charger, snack bag and stuff sack. I had to remember to pack all these things and sometimes I forgot one thing. Now all I remember is the bag and that bag contains bonuses I didn't have.
