I ordered these blinds with some trepidation as they were from a company I didn't know. My fears were unfounded. They arrived on time (you can expedite shipping as they come straight from China) and were made exactly to my specifications. The packaging was solid and it survived the journey well. Physically installing the blinds was a breeze thanks to clever mounting brackets. You are perfect for my discovery. I had some issues with the remote, BUT (and here's the good part): Yoolax sent me a new remote right after my email. They contacted me via WhatsApp video call and helped me set up a new blinds remote control. This help was invaluable. They work perfectly! One thing you should know is that blinds don't work with Alexa (or Google) by default. You'll need either a bridge (like the Bond I have), a Yoolax bridge (available from Yoolax on Revain), or a 4th Gen Alexa device. However, you can control your blinds with your voice, or automatically with Alexa Routines or the schedule feature in the Bond app. This may sound confusing, but it's actually quite simple and it all works very well. My blinds go down 10 minutes before sunset and up again at 7:30am. I am very happy with the blinds and have ordered more. I probably won't need any further help from Yoolax, but it's nice to know that she (and Michael) are willing to help if needed.
