At first I thought it was the best in the world. It connected without a hitch and appeared on my TV right away. The quality was great and I was happy with the camper. After about 2 weeks we noticed we had to reset it every morning and then after having had it for a month it died completely and I wasn't happy with the camper. I left a negative review at first because the product doesn't last long at all and I thought the warranty had expired, but I got an email from the people who sold it. I was quickly sent a new one and was told the warranty is indeed 18 months. I received it earlier this week and am happy to report that the new one is working perfectly. Seriously, it takes 5 minutes to install. Maybe 6. I'm a happy camper again.
