Here in Calif., Rain and snow really aren't the issue. It's the Sun. Summer time Sun and heat take a toll on the exterior finish and plastic and rubber trim. This cover is the best way to fight back. It fit's quite well. It also has 3 straps that go under the trailer and connect to the other side allowing to secure the cover from flapping in the wind. It makes it nice to be able to uncover my trailer and have it as nice and clean as it was when I covered it. In years to come when this one wears out, I will re-purchase the exact same thing.
