This is the first robot vacuum we've ever bought and it's definitely upped our cleaning game! It was easy to set up and use. He made a smart map of our home and we can send it to specific spots for spot cleaning and no-go areas. It has a low profile so it can get into low spots where I honestly would never vacuum myself. It can handle crowded areas with ease, so I don't feel like I have to tidy up before vacuuming. Also, it's very safe, my 12 month old is interested in and follows him, as is my cat! The self-draining and self-loading features are very cool. I don't have to take care of him, he is very independent. Also, he's nice and quiet, he actually sneaked up on my husband last night while he was cooking and gently brushed against his leg haha. We really like this Neabot, it looks like a pet cleaning!
