I have used Bell products for my car and accessories and have always loved the functionality and the products. This time I bought a new car and bought 2 Whelen Spitfire Ions and 2 slim lighters for front and rear. The sockets were too small and didn't support charging my emergency lights, when plugged in they popped out again. However, Revain did everything possible to get my money back with no problems and always looked after me. I was frustrated that the outlets didn't work or the lights didn't work. I'm assuming the ground plug had no connection other than popping out on its own.
