over the years we may have bought this product there or four times. Love the feel, it always dispenses soap well (except when it's almost empty) and it's easy to refill. But my main complaint - and it's a big one - is that the soap oozes out of the brush when placed upright in the holder. with a holder and I bought this product specifically to have a holder because I didn't want to put it on the counter. But when there was a leak I would use up the soap and a disgusting soap sludge would build up inside the holder even if I drained it regularly, which I did. I've even tried other products but can't go back to this one as it was the best I've tried. Well I've been happy with the current version I have. Difference: This latest purchase came with an O-ring on the lid where you pour the soap. That is the difference. I've been using the brush and holder for a few weeks now and haven't had a single soap leak so far. When I turn the holder over to drain the water, only water comes out. No soap residue that I've gotten before. If you buy this product, make sure it comes with an o-ring. When you unscrew the cap (i.e. the end of the pen) it will be on top of the screw part of the pen. Don't lose it! If you don't have one, complain and ask them to send you one or replace the product. For me it's the difference between three stars and five stars.
