I bought these pens for my 5 year old son who loves to draw when his dad is airbrushing War Machine characters. There seems to be a lot of color in these markers and the colors are vibrant. Pictured is a wooden unicorn box that my son painted, no primer/directly on the box. In order for the color to be as strong as possible, the markers had to be shaken before use. If you look at the picture at the bottom of the rainbow my son started using dark blue before shaking it and the color was very watery but after shaking the color became clear (higher on the rainbow).
