I like that it was easy to use and set up an account within minutes! It's also very user friendly so our customers don't have any problems using this service (which they usually do). There are some things we really wish could be improved but nothing major at all. This site has been extremely useful when setting-up new locations as well as just keeping track of existing ones. Our business doesn’t get much time off during summer months which makes having access to information about campgrounds essential while away working out west or elsewhere throughout Canada/Upper North America etc..
