I use Pau d'Arco in an animal feed supplement I sell and have been burning coffee grinders 1-2 times a month for a number of years. I decided to try this to save time (can grind more at a time) and hopefully keep equipment out of the landfill. My main tool in my shop is the CS Bell La Milpa commercial grinder, but Pau d'Arco is the thin bark that slips off. This spice grinder did a very good job of getting it into the powder form you wanted. A reviewer from an Indian restaurant convinced me to give it a try as I cook Indian food at home and I know how chewy and dense some of the spices are. in general form. I hope this grinder lasts me at least a year! Thanks very much!
