Yes, I am old enough to remember the advert where the neighbor came to your house and insisted that you leave your Put your hands in a bowl of dish soap (Palmolive) to see how soft it is on your hands. There were some great commercials in the 1970's. I still wash my dishes by hand even though I have a perfectly working dishwasher in my kitchen. I grew up washing dishes by hand (one of my daily chores) and still find it enjoyable. Is this soap the best? I have no idea. Is it good enough to do the job? Yes. And in an era of overpriced, specialized knick-knacks, sometimes that's all you need. 5/5*
