I am a disabled veteran with a shoulder/neck injury issue. I wanted a mop as I have both laminate and tile. I used a machine before, but it turned out to be more complex and heavier. I used to use a polyester mop so I decided to give it another try. It was wonderful! I like the washer/dryer/storage bucket system not only for its ease of use, but also because its sleek rectangular shape makes filling the bucket with water (up to the fill line) much easier. The mop itself works well. Both tiles and laminate. My only complaint is that when you slide the mop into the bucket to dry or wash, it can overshoot the ridge track if you move off center. I was able to get the mop back into the correct grooves. I am sure that with practice I will succeed. The best mop I've ever had and I like it more than the one I've had.
