I had an apartment and was trying to use it. On arrival at the ramp it broke, the top of the ramp was crumpled, I had to stop, I only had a comb left. So I went and weighed the trailer after we changed the tire to make sure it wasn't too heavy for this product. I was 3200 pounds lighter than the total trailer weight. It's not usually like Camco, they usually have a better product than this. I have many of their products. Since this product didn't work, I had to hire someone to bring me a big truck. After changing the wheel I wanted to try again to give this product a chance to doubt maybe it's because we were roadside but again the tip the studs and the tips are the retainers, which are used to keep it flattened easily. The second time I used it, it was in the garage instead of on the side of the road, it did the same thing.
