Review on Culligan HF360A - Optimized Standard House Filtration System by Danese Chicagoland

This is one of the items that I didn't want to buy online, but most of the options and the best prices for this type of filter are online. After hours of searching the internet and reading reviews, I rolled the dice and bought this one. When I received it I immediately noticed the thin liner in the glass. It's too small so you can only put it on so much. "CAPET/LEAKING!" BAD DESIGN. I spent a lot of time applying lots of silicone gasket grease and even another new gasket. MORE LEAK. I bought this to replace the Teledyne irrigation filter I had for years until the bypass valve failed and it only opened halfway. What a hassle to swap again. Makes me angry. So many things today are poorly designed, made of cheap materials and built to fail. Calligan, will you pay me for my labor and the extra pack of gaskets I've spent the time and money on?
