Our daughter had to have surgery to her ankle and after hearing so many positive things about this product and her surgeon recommending it, we decided to try it. It was definitely worth the money. We would fill it with ice and water every morning and it would stay cold all day. So easy to use. She iced every hour for 20min and had absolutely no swelling. If I had to, I would buy this again.
