Review on Intutel by Brody Jacobs

The software has everything you need in one place, from analysis through reporting! It's easy for me as an analyst working with so many different data sources across multiple platforms (SAP Business One). I have yet not found anything that would make it more user-friendly or easier than others out there but if they can continue making improvements along those lines then great!! Analyzing customer sentiment regarding products within my organization using social media posts such as Facebook reviews etc., which we use internally only once per month.
