Great tool especially good and user friendly interface

I like that it’s so easy for us as researchers (not necessarily technical) people, who do not have any computer programming skills or experience in data mining whatsoever! It's really simple with which you can create your own reports without being an expert programmer (as we are). Sometimes when there might be some problems regarding our report results, they don't always reply very quickly- but this doesn't happen too often now thanks to their great customer service department. Convenient platform to analyze and gather intelligence about your customers/customers

The software has everything you need in one place, from analysis through reporting! It's easy for me as an analyst working with so many different data sources across multiple platforms (SAP Business One). I have yet not found anything that would make it more user-friendly or easier than others out there but if they can continue making improvements along those lines then great!! Analyzing customer sentiment regarding products within my organization using social media posts such as Facebook…

  • Great User Interface
  • Super simple dashboard layout/viewer.
  • Reporting capabilities are unmatched by other softwares available today
  • Easily pull reports at any frequency desired via daily , weekly / monthly basis depending upon our requirement
