I have had aquariums for over 8 years and this Aqueon Pro Heater is by far one of the best heaters I have tried. The adjustable temperature top is easy to read and very easy to set. The light on the front shows when it's heating up (red) or when it's reaching the ideal temperature (green). I keep a thermometer in the tank to make sure the temperature isn't fluctuating or wrong, but with this heater I've never had a problem with it being anything other than the set temperature. I originally bought this heater in 2014 and it was only a few months ago that I noticed the heater stopped working. The lights were off, the temp dropped to 74 degrees and I noticed a small crack on the back of the heater itself. It was weird to see a crack down the back but my guppies seemed perfectly fine, even at a lower one Temperature. However, I knew that I had to get a new heater as soon as possible. I contacted Aqueon to see if I could get a replacement under the lifetime warranty. All I had to do was send a photo of the receipt from where I originally bought the heater and a photo of the heater itself. I received my new heater in a week. Don't lose fish, new heater and great customer service. I am a satisfied customer and recommend Aqueon Pro Heater.
