Easy configuration of payers for all services; easy to work with billing providers; ability build-in reporting tools that include historical cost analyses; good product management team that keeps up with new changes in healthcare landscape. Can sometimes have issues keeping pace with changing regulations/policies by CMS. Highly recommend you use this software as it makes getting paid easier than other solutions I was working with. Our organization has been using ARCHWAY since we implemented it two years ago. From ARCHWAY's ease to navigate through their system, they've helped us get payments faster from insurance companies so more money can go directly into physicians' accounts - helping them provide better care. Reporting capabilities are great from the physician standpoint - not sure how much time you need to spend creating reports yourself. ARCH Way provides great insight to your actual costs (not just billed) and allows you to change payment methods at the drop of a hat! I like that it's easy for providers to use. It also has an easy interface for patients, which makes it very user friendly. Sometimes there are glitches with the system, but they're quickly resolved when brought to their attention. I haven't found anything specifically bad about this product. We've been able to create a more efficient way of doing business by using this software.
