Great product and fantastic customer support
The software is very easy to use by both owners who are not computer savvy as well as those with great technical skills - I found myself using it more than my own phone! It has made us more efficient in our management of clients' pets but also allows for more creativity from kennels/catteries that do wish they could have this functionality within their app. We're trying hard at getting an Android version released so everyone can enjoy similar benefits even if we don't get around to releasing iOS soon enough!! Would be nice to integrate video conferencing into this platform too. As previously mentioned having multiple booking types (boarding, Caring) makes scheduling difficult especially when there's large numbers involved or during busy times such as weekends etc.

- Incentive structures make sense.
- Can assign tasks easily between staff members including new joiners without needing constant guidance through emails / text messages which would otherwise waste valuable time while employees might just need direction before understanding what needs doing where & why
