Review on Convert Ball 301B Stainless Replacement by Gerson Lagerquist

Convert-a-Ball is a completely different system to my trusted Adapt-a-Ball kit. I have been using the Adapt-a-Ball kit for over 15 years. 2 The chrome ball is starting to show signs of wear. I was hoping it would be a good replacement. No, my Adapt-a-Ball had a hex shank to avoid stressing the pin. This system uses a round shank and is also not available with sufficient thread length , to achieve the same ball height to ensure adequate ground clearance.
